Who handles your information
Pixel Retold is responsible for the customer information used to run this store. Contact contact@pixelretold.com about privacy or to exercise your rights. Our Contact page states whether this inbox is currently available.
What we collect and why
We collect the contact information, delivery and billing addresses, cart contents, order details and support correspondence you provide to process orders and answer questions. Payment status and transaction references are retained for accounting, refunds and fraud prevention. Stripe collects payment card details through its secure payment form; do not send card information to Pixel Retold by email.
Our website and hosting services also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs and session identifiers to deliver the site, keep carts working and protect against misuse. The checkout can save entered details in your browser so you can resume it; avoid entering personal details on a shared device.
Where applicable, our legal bases are performing a contract or taking requested steps before purchase, complying with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in secure operation, fraud prevention and responding to enquiries. Optional marketing or analytics requiring consent uses your consent, which you can withdraw.
Who receives information
Our store hosting and commerce services process site and order data. Stripe processes payments. Prodigi and delivery carriers receive the information needed to produce and deliver your order, such as ordered products, recipient details and delivery address. Information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities where required for legal obligations or claims. These providers may process data in countries other than your own. Contact us for details about providers and any applicable international-transfer safeguards.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential browser storage supports your cart, checkout session and privacy preferences. Optional analytics or advertising, if enabled, is controlled through the Privacy choices button in the footer. You can revisit that choice at any time. Blocking essential storage may prevent checkout from working.
Retention
We keep order and payment records for the periods needed for accounting, tax, disputes and other legal requirements. Support messages are retained while needed to resolve enquiries and related claims. Technical and session records are retained as needed for site operation and security. We use these purposes and applicable legal requirements to determine retention rather than promising immediate deletion of all records.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that happened before withdrawal. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity; do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate secure channel. You can also complain to your relevant data protection authority.
Children and changes
This store is intended for adult purchasers. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us. We will update this page when our practices change and show the revision date above.
Collection email signup
When you choose to join the Pixel Retold email list, we store your email address, your consent selection, and the submission time in our store’s form inbox. We use this information to manage your signup and send the artwork and collection updates you requested. Signup is optional and is separate from permission for website analytics. Any future marketing email must include an unsubscribe link.
Store analytics
With your permission through Privacy choices, we record page views, product views, successful additions to cart, checkout starts, and successful email signups in our first-party Analytics service. Events identify Pixel Retold and the relevant product or page, without including your email, payment details, free-text searches, or checkout address. An optional session identifier is kept in session storage to group a visit. Declining or withdrawing permission stops this optional browser tracking. Essential server logs and checkout records remain necessary to operate the store.
