Returns and refunds

Contact contact@pixelretold.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please contact us before posting an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions. Do not send returns to a printer or to an address on the parcel without our instructions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Let us know as soon as you notice a problem, preferably within 14 days of delivery, and include clear photos where possible. This requested reporting period does not limit any statutory rights. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. We cover reasonable return costs when a return is required because the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Change of mind or wrong size

For standard, non-personalised products, request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, apart from reasonable inspection. You are responsible for return shipping for a change-of-mind or sizing return. Original shipping charges are not refunded for voluntary returns except where required by law. For a different size, request a return and place a new order.

An item being printed to order does not, by itself, remove your legal cancellation or return rights. Any future product made to your specific personal requirements will identify its applicable return conditions before purchase.

Cancellations

Contact us promptly if you want to cancel. We will cancel where production has not started. Once production begins, we may be unable to stop the order; applicable return rights still apply. Delayed shipment cancellations are covered by our Shipping policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. We aim to issue them within 14 days of receiving the returned item or adequate evidence of return, subject to any shorter legal deadline. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit. If no return is required, we will tell you when the refund is issued.

Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights. Please check the Contact page for current support availability before ordering.
