Where we ship

We currently accept delivery addresses in the United States. Prices and checkout totals are shown in US dollars.

Made to order

Your items are printed after ordering. Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Any delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. We do not currently offer a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping charges

Checkout calculates the available Prodigi Standard delivery charge for your products and destination before payment. Charges vary with the items and quantity ordered. A mixed order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels.

Dispatch and delays

Shipment and tracking details are provided when available after dispatch. If we cannot ship within a promised timeframe, or within 30 days when no shipping timeframe was promised, we will notify you and offer the choice of agreeing to a revised shipping date or cancelling the unshipped items for a prompt refund.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your delivery address before payment. Ask us about corrections or cancellations as soon as possible; changes may no longer be possible once production or dispatch begins. If tracking stops updating, a parcel is missing, or something arrives damaged, contact contact@pixelretold.com with your order number. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
